Process
Inquiry
Upon initial contact we will ask several preliminary questions, including the project timeline, budget, and any existing documentation to understand exactly what you are after. Once we have all the details we will then schedule a face-to-face meeting.
Meeting
During the meeting, we will review any existing plans you may have or discuss any ideas you have to help us understand the scope of the project. We will assess the feasibility of the project within the given timeline and budget, addressing any potential challenges.
Design
We will connect the client with one of our partnered designers to develop working drawings. Throughout this stage, we will collaborate closely with both the client and the designer to ensure a smooth process and the design is practical and feasible for both parties.
Preparation
Once the working drawings are completed, we will compile all necessary documents for obtaining a building permit. Simultaneously, we will finalise the specifications to prepare a comprehensive and accurate quote.
Quotation
A detailed quote will be prepared and sent. We will schedule another meeting to review the quote and ensure all parties are aligned on the project details.
Contract
Following the approval of the quote, contracts will be signed, the building permit will be secured, and construction will commence on your dream home.
Construction
Throughout the construction phase, we will maintain transparency and be available to answer any questions or concerns you have, keeping you up to date on everything.
Walk through
As we near project completion, we will conduct a walkthrough a few weeks prior to ensure everything meets expectations and address any final adjustments or concerns you may have.
